- Thank you for considering our shed building services. Before proceeding with any work, we would like to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of our services. Please take the time to read through the following information carefully.
- Payment and Fees
- A deposit is required prior to any work being undertaken. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final cost of the project.
- Payment in full is required upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments.
- Changes to the Project
- Any changes or additions to the project must be agreed upon in writing before work can proceed.
- If changes are made during the construction process, additional fees may apply.
- Permits and Approvals
- It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the construction of the shed.
- We will provide any necessary information and documentation to assist in obtaining these permits, but we are not responsible for any delays or additional costs associated with obtaining them.
- Site Preparation
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site where the shed will be constructed is level and clear of any debris or obstacles.
- If site preparation is required, additional fees may apply.
- Warranty
- We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship for a period of one year from the completion of the project.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Liability
- We carry liability insurance, but we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by natural disasters or accidents that are beyond our control.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that any property lines and boundaries are clearly marked and that any necessary permissions have been obtained from neighboring property owners.
